Apparently Bove supports something called Alter-globalization.

"Alter-globalization (also known as alternative globalization, alter-mundialization - from the French "alter-mondialisation" - or the global justice movement) is the name of a social movement whose proponents support global cooperation and interaction, but oppose what they describe as the negative effects of economic globalization"

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alterglobalization

Now, PM Puppet-boy's string pullers like social movements so I don't think that's the problem.

I think what we're not allowed to hear too much about in the new thought-purified land of Trudopia is the business of opposition to global economic control.
