A Russian radio telescope has received a "strong" signal from a nearby star. Is it a sign of intelligent life?

11 ghz is a military frequency. The power needed to send this signal from that star system would exceed the Earths output for a year. No scientist believes it's extraterrestiral. More bad reporting in the name of clickbait.

So far my guess is that the Russian antenna is picking up a Russian military burst message. No one else in the world is (so far) detecting this particular anomoaly so odds are it's localized and not actually coming from 94ly away.

If another antenna besides the one in Russia picks up this signal then I'm going to call that .
