A former Edmonton man and high-risk sex offender who escaped Canada in 2013 has been found guilty of raping a 69-year-old woman in Seattle.

Which you mean the perp, the Canadian judge who let him run around on an ankle bracelet, or the border official who said "No problem here Michael. Come on down?"

There were some actual winners. Canadians when somebody said to the Americans, "Very Well. You want him? Keep him."

Poor old lady in Seattle though. She wasn't a winner.
