Just blow hards then. If they never committed a crime then they are not enforcing anything. Set them up and start dancing in the street and drinking in front of them. They either attack you, and go to jail, or stand their and yell and be ineffective and lose face. Win win

When it's all said and done in the end the only solution to what the Muslims are trying to do inside of Europe will be a return to something like Nazism, and that's because the center/left has shown itself to be completely incompetent and unwilling to deal with this problem. Good doesn't defeat evil. It takes a different kind of nastiness altogether to defeat an even worse evil, such as the one Islam now represents. When democracy shows itself to be failing, and a terrible enemy is at the gates, hard authoritarianism becomes by default the only option remaining. It's like the early 1930's all over again, with democracy in Germany committing suicide right in front of everyone. Back then it was through economic devastation. Now it's via an absolutely insane immigration policy that can only be described as some kind of catastrophic self-destruction.

European law is now so fucked up that anyone who stands up to these scum are the only ones that will be prosecuted and end up in prison. The prosecution in this case intends to appeal so hopefully the judges in the upper levels will be better at their jobs than this low level clown on the bench who gave this evil Islamic trash the right to do whatever they want in the streets to whoever they want.

I would never go that far. A short term suspension like the West experienced while combating the Nazis, not an elimination that the Islamists seek. Totalitarian governments are something the useless idiot has wet dreams over.
