A plane with nobody aboard crashed in a field near Nipawin, Sask., and sure enough, nobody was hurt.

    Can we say the accident was caused by pilot error, even though the pilot wasn't actually in the plane?

    Also you never want to get sucked into a jet engine either. I've seen the movies. 8)

    I know of a guy who walked into a propeller on HMCS Bonaventure and left a lot of fatherless children behind.
