A company offering 'stylish' bullet-proof clothing for ordinary citizens opens in the Dutch city of Eindhoven.

    A few US states have made body armor illegal. As well as a few Canadian provinces.

    Passively protect your self from harm? No you can't do that, you must call the police and depend on the state to protect you... if they feel like it.

    Get a security guard license, makes you eligible for purchasing body armour.
