"bootlegga" said I'm starting to think we should be shipping them weapons too. It's time to get Putin to back down and it seems force is the only way he'll listen.
I think 7.62 and 5.45 rounds and spare AK parts are much easier to access over there than 5.56 rounds and M-16 parts. They're better off using what they've got... for now.
Come on guys, cut poor Jean some slack... when was the last PM we had that had any military background?
Actually, it was PET... anybody surprised?
Canadian Army Home Service / Canadian Army Reserve Officer cadet Served in Canadian Officers' Training Corps from 1943 to 1945 in Montreal during World War II, but never deployed overseas
Before that, John Diefenbaker and Lester Bowles Pearson both served during WW1... the only Canadian PMs who ever served as officers and overseas.
yeah ... PET ... who saw no action, at all. Ironically, his membership in the Fusiliers Mont Royal was a dodge to keep him out of the real army. The same sort of thing happened in the States with all sorts of rich kids during the Vietnam war. It was the same sort of dodge that kept George W. Bush out of Vietnam.
Tisk, tisk. You can't get lower that that. Imagine that kitten soup picture with the UN flag fluttering in the background on the reverse one of our bills?

Send them King Jean's blue helmet.
Along with instructions on how to install it.
One of these things is not like the other, one of these things just doesn`t belong.
