Provincial police say they have charged Akmal Hayat of Milton, Ont., with careless driving following a near-crash between two tractor-trailers on Highway 11 in northern Ontario last month.

    dash board cameras: Besides snow tires the best investment you can make for your vehicle. Surprised auto manufacturers haven't come out with built in dash cameras as an option.

    Yep, I think I'll be putting a mount for my phone in my next vehicle.
