A 19-year-old Sarnia, Ont., man has been arrested and charged in the case of a cat that survived getting shot in the head 17 times.

    And a bit of instruction in technique. Not that I particulary want this kid armed, but where he's well on his way to shooting random dogs I'd say he has a potential future ahead of him in law enforcement.

    I don't know why everybody is being so hard on him, it wasn't for lack of trying.
    He just had the wrong tool for the job.
