Can you imagine they are only getting around to property tax now ?
If you check your Irish history you'll find out that 'rent' (aka property tax) was a tool of oppression used by the British in order to legally confiscate the property of the Irish and to put them under the bootheel of the Brits.
Whoever came up with this idea will probably discover first hand that the folks from the IRA were retired but not dead.
