Another, although obscure, reason to stop using oil heat.
One of the oil delivery trucks here has a bumper sticker that reads...

The minimum wage dispatcher or at least that's who's gonna get blamed.
From what they were saying on the news, the house used to be on a scheduled delivery list and the company forgot to take it off when the house was sold and they were told there was no more need for it.
Hope their insurance was paid up.
