Losing an hour of daylight can be linked with negative effects on the mind and body, including disturbed sleep patterns, seasonal depression and obesity, say researchers.

    Do we really need DST anymore? like someone pointed out, it's like cutting the top foot off your blanket and sewing it onto the bottom and expecting it to be longer.

    That article is the biggest load of crap I have read in a while. With the US Presidential Elections coming up, THAT means something.

    An hour and a half away from here, "they" don't have it either (apparently, the line goes right through Creston), but we are "in danger"? Wow. Mind=numb.

    There was an article about "the dangers of driving after the time change" by the ICBC (or at least they were quoted) not too long ago too. Same stupidity.
