Liberal president Alfred Apps is urging his party to adopt a U.S.-style primary leadership process, something he says is key to recovering from its disastrous showing in the May election.

    Kinda bit of a coinsidence that at the moment there party becomes unpopular with the voting public that they should be the "party of the people".

    I'd much rather the Liberals be the official opposition than the NDP. Still, I hope voters can see right passed this bullshit.

    I'd like to see them become a party that stands for something other than getting and keeping power by any means neccesary.
