2011 now deadliest year for tornadoes since 1950

Not good.

It's so smoky here right now that we wouldn't see one coming.

We had tornado warnings just to the south of us in Vermont 2 days running. Still a few places in Qu�bec will be getting severe thunderstorms today. Strange weather this year... can't get any warm weather or even a bit of sunshine.

There were alot less people in Tornado alley in the 1950's though.

So, for what it's worth, the warning systems must be working and saving lives because if we were talking 1950's technology the death toll would likely be alot higher.

But with all that said, my heart and prayers go out to the people who lost loved ones, relatives, neighbors and their homes in this tragedy.
