Man blames teens for dog dragged by truck

So, they "accidentally" dragged the dog then left him to die in a ditch? And how did these teenagers happen to even have access to his dog?

That's such bullshit, how do you accidently drag a dog behind your truck. I suspect the dog tied himself to the sideview mirror?. Damn those suicide dogs tieing themselves to trucks. Will they ever learn.

I also suspect the teens accidently left him in the ditch after they accidently tied the dog to the truck and accidently dragged the dog a kilometre before accidently untieing the dog to be left to rot there.

Yes these teens are completely innocent. It may just be the fact animal cruelty cases are a complete joke as they never get punished or the increased trend of teens serverely torturing animals that is biasing my view on this story. Who knows they may just very well have actually accidently dragged the dog. However I serverely doubt that, that still leaves the fact they untied the dog and left it to die in a ditch. They should atleast get punished for that.
