Alex Tanguay showed Calgary Flames fans exactly what they wanted to see Tuesday night, setting up a pair of goals including Jarome Iginla's winner in a 3-2 pre-season victory over the Vancouver Canucks.

The Canucks goalie played very well, but nothing stops my Flames!

Yah, the nucks goalie did play really well, sadly preseason has no bearing on the stats. Hoep Tangs and Jokie have their shit together this year. Nice to see Bowmeester rushing the zone, he's a great skater.

On another plus, see the highlights from the TO/Ottawa game??? Phaneauf is still a lazy shit on the ice

No I didn't see it, what did he do? More precisely; what didn't he do?

Isn't this the wrong thread for that? I thought that was the Leafs official motto..?

Looked good to me - hey, how's Stajan coming along? Another Flames gift to the Leafs.

Looked good to you? 2 goalsagainst while he was on the ice, beat on a pinch ect.... TO fans will soon find out why they did not get the better end of that deal,Dion is about the laziest d man in the league next to Pronger

Ewww, I found Dion to be amazing with the flames. (Not last year) It seems that the Flames did get the better deal in the end. Didn't they get Stajan for Dion? What disappoints me is that they got Toskala from the Ducks. Toskala is such a bad goalie.

    It's pre-season - you know that, right?

And besides, the Leafs still won on the trade and the Flames are still stuck with Bouwmeester's $6.5 Million/year contract that netted them a -4 and 3 goals last year.
