I don't know about you people, but I've only blacked out from drinking very rarely, 2 or 3 times. Pretty low considering I'm in my mid 30's and have been drunk hundreds of times. Weed? sorry but weed doesn't make you black out, ever. Neither does Coke.
If what she says is true, considering how tramatic that would be, some booze, weed, and coke aren't necessarily going to prevent you from remembering it.

Prostitution is not a crime in Canada, and not a crime in my mind. Women barter their bodies in various ways. It's their choice.

Apparently there's some sort of reality show on TV about sugar daddies and the women who compete for them or something. Funny how that's not busted for prostitution, or I should say pimping.

Pimping is illegal, and often has victims.

Prostitution should be legalized so shit like this doesnt happen, public health nurses would have better access to the ladies, and pimps would be removed from the equation so less violence would happen. Could also create a new tax base.
