Attacker's remorse now his defence

EDMONTON � Leo Teskey has shown remorse for the vicious beating 10 years ago of an apartment building manager and should not be declared a dangerous-offender, a provincial court heard Tuesday.

The remorse is hard to believe but this thug doesn't want to be identified as a scum bag thug - dangerous offender that he is.
He should have been labeled a dangerous offender in the first place. His medical treatment can continue behind bars.
