Figure skater Joannie Rochette will not face sanction from the International Skating Union, despite a decision to participate in a TV special that put her at odds with the skating body.

    A competition or a tribute to your mom is a little different, methinks.

    I think its a wise decision to not skate competitive now. And ISU... you suck for even thinking of putting her through it. Morons.
