WINNIPEG - The family of one of the teenage suspects in the severe beating of a disabled Manitoba man in Australia has blamed the victim for allegedly provoking the boys charged in the incident.

Yeah, documents show the kid is repeat offender. I guess all those other times he was provoked too.
And ummm, yeah, I've been provoked into fights from time to time but I've never robbed them after I beat 'em either.

What a crock of shit!Free speech is great and all,but you almost want a law against rampant stupidity.Anyone stupid enough to claim that a paraplegic can provoke a fight against two healthly attackers,is a danger to society.She should get a few years breaking big rocks into little rocks.I have a 14 year old daughter.If she was accused of such an act,I would be apologizing or hiding from the press.People like this make me angrier than the perpertrator! I hope they put the little bastards away for a long time.
