U.S. President Barack Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev talked Saturday about ongoing negotiations for a successor to an expired nuclear weapons treaty. The Kremlin said the two sides are making "substantial progress."

Very good news, the problem now is all the little "nut" states that have nuclear weapons, they are not so agreeable.
In a way we are more endanger in a nuckear war now than when the cold war was going on.
