The Squamish First Nation has erected the first of its six controversial electronic billboards at the south end of the Burrard Bridge in Vancouver.

Vancouver needs a big earthquake or something to remind the people here what a real problem is. To think all this energy could be directed at helping to solve the homeless problem, gang problems or enviroment problems. Instead, just a bunch of whiny cry babies over a sign.

Also, trying to blame the signs for a possible traffic accident. I see 4 wheelers in the ditch, cars, trucks because they are idiots driving to fast for the road conditions, every day in Vancouver & the Lower Mainland. Maybe this will slow them down a little as they read the advertisements.

As for disparaging ads towards the Vancouver Winter Olympics being shown on the new signs, I hope the city has purchased all the ad space for the next few months.
