The handshake, with its potential to transfer the flu virus, should be replaced with the safer and more contemporary "pound," says the dean of medicine at the University of Calgary.

Great, now if the whole world would speak ebonics we can eliminate the language barrier too.

    Jesus...

Has anyone ever realized how gross it is to cough or sneeze in your sleeve? I mean, seriously?

What do you do with it after you cough in your hand?

Door knobs? handrails, nothing can be more gross than wiping your bogers on public property.

So you're wearing business atire and you sneeze and cough in your sleeve, instead of in a handkerchief. What does your sleeve look like afterwards? I dunno, but I certainly prefer the handkerchief...

I have heard NO ONE talk about a handkerchief... Whats so wrong with a kleenex??

How many people carry a hanky? Ever watch the old ladies on the bus? They pull out the same wet little tissue they've been using all day and continually stuff it back into their handbag. Their fingers are wet it's so worn out. PDT_Armataz_01_32
First thing they do is grab the handrails when they get up and head for the door.

So you like to look at dirty sleeves? Hell, wear gloves if you have a problem with touching public property. I'll use my kleenex.

Good use it but I'm sure 90% of people don't use a kleenex, so we're better off if they use their sleeve.

If anyone is too gawdamn stupid not to have a hanky or kleenex in their pocket/purse, then they deserve to have a snot-drenched sleeve! Personally, I rate this H1N1 issue right up there with the 'millenium scare'!

My dad got the Swine Flu over the weekend...he is fine now

People think that just because you get the Swine Flu you will die. More people die from the common flu then swine flu.
