BEIJING - Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao began a rare top-level visit to North Korea on Sunday, with his meetings expected to focus on the poor and isolated nation�s nuclear programme.

    So,ebody should rein in North Korea nuclear abuitions. Hopefullu this will will be before North Korea brings the moon back to Korea,

    If so how can he make any agreement with Market oriented China?
