EDMONTON - A Conservative member of the Alberta legislature who was booted from caucus over his fight on behalf of seniors in his constituency is kicking back.

Boutilier is the former Mayor of Fort Mac. He really should not have been allowed to speak to the press, even back then. That being said, I think he's 100% right, and Steady Eddie is dead wrong here.

He is speaking for his constituents - exactly what he is supposed to do. The party system is broken, and needs an enima.
