Since there's so little Canadian content in the jobs there, can Bombardier start paying back all those government grants now?

Bombardier Transportation's plant in will be responsible for the design and supply of the 18 driverless vehicles, automatic train control, power supply and distribution and communications systems.

The facility will be responsible for the operations, maintenance and storage facility as well as project management, systems engineering and integration, and test and commissioning.

    Where's the Canadian jobs?
I'm happy they won the contract but I'm not finding any Canadian content in this article.
