 Better late than never.
Prime Minister Stephen Harper appears to have an issue with the traditional "family" photo at international summits. In April, outraged staff in the Prime Minister's Office had to squelch reports that Harper was "in the loo" - Comments

Whatever happened to the media asking serious budget questions, instead of this fluff?
.. or do the media only jump at budget questions when Iggy wants them to?
Funny how all those little small things that you say are fluff now were scandal worthy when it was the Libs in charge.
I love that one. You just know some soldier put it on his head like that just to make him look like the ass that he is. You talk about how the Libs are supposed to be respected by the forces and that's the punchline answer to that question. I'm sure his kevlar has a big "kick me" sign on it too.
Sure those little things, like Kerry dropping a football, stick in the minds of voters, and I don't begrudge you for bringing it up, but it really isn't very important. I's rather Harper or any CDN Politico went to these things , did nothing but stand up for Canada and ignore all the pomp and glitz.
For example, Harper was the first to denounce the Durban-2 and he was initially slagged all over for that. After that racist event finished, almost all agreed tht it was the right thing for Canda to do. He could have gone along and had his picture taken with all the others but he did Canada proud by rejecting that event.
This photo-op snafu was a faux pas and is the kind of thing that looks poorly on him especially since it keeps happening him.
All the important things you claim the media is ignoring is in fact being reported and you should know that because those articles are posted in CKA news links. This is the kind of thing that sticks out because it was the kind of thing you anti-Liberals ate up by the bucketful when it was the Libs doing them.
You created the market so don't blame the media for supplying the product that market demands.
I'd rather Harper is looking out for Canada because we are sure that Obama will look out for the US.
Changes nothing. You are simply complaining about your guy being treated like you treated the Libs. Hell the media couldn't treat Harper as unfairly as you treated the Libs.
That ignores the fact that the CBC is the media arm of the Liberal party though.

Just when I think you've gone over the top, you prove me wrong and raise blind partisanship to a whole new level.
