WINDSOR, Ont. � The Office of the Chief Coroner of Ontario is trying to find out why the decision to retain a brain of a 10-year-old girl was not revealed to her parents until almost a year after the autopsy.

    I can understand the police wanting to retain an organ for further study if nessary, but at least advise the family of that.
