The chihuahuas, which weigh about three pounds each, had cornered the mountain lion. She says the big cat appeared to be angry

    Who was it on here that was making fun of my brother 'cause he owns a chihuahua? Not so funny now, is it!

    The cougar probably wasn't afraid, just annoyed. Those damn dogs are yappy.

    Funny story.

    The thing is with chihuahuas their bark is so annoying you just naturally want to get the hell away from them.

    So I dont blame the cougar for having a freak out.

    I've had to suffer the 'confrontation' of a chihuahua myself - my friend owns one and living in an apartment of all girls, it wasn't used to tall guys coming in. I quickly learned to drop to the ground whenever it came by to seem smaller... it took a few visits, but now it runs up and is happy to see me.

    I would never want to own one though - they're so friggin jumpy and nervous it's tiring just to watch them sit there!
