as much as people love their animals, as i love mine, there are an awful lot of conclusions being drawn by an arrest, innocent until proven guilty. If they do get the wrong guy i hope they throw it right back at the cops for f'in w/ this kids life

PETA kills animals and skins them for profit. Shouldn't PETA be charged? Nawww... that would be... fill in the blank.

Police just don't go arround arresting people unless they have some evidence that he did it.

Now he can spend the next 5 years in prison trying to avoid dicks. 18 years old, I am sure he will make someone a nice little love kitten.

tormenting animals often progresses to human beings. We used to have to cull the cat poulation in barns when disease and numbers became too troublesome

House cats in cities are cute n cuddly. Rural cats quickly overpopulate and have to be culled. It's not nice to think about but rural folks don't have the luxury of being overly sentimental about cats or dogs the way city people can. A pest animal is a pest animal whether any of us like it or not.

Cats become overpopulated and feral in cities as well. It's just that pest control does the deed to keep it, well... under control.

    Just sayin'.

very true cats can run amok if not checked, and yes a lot of the time farmers have to kill a number of cats to keep the population in check. But there is a lot of difference between a farmer drowning a few cats and some POS torturing cats for no reason.

Me thinks this guy should go for psychiatric evaluations instead of jail...or before jail, animal killing/mutilation is a major red flag for future psychopathic actions against humans later in life.

This is one example... not plural. In this example, it does not go into how or why the fox died. It was skinned for a photoshoot to raise awareness, not profits. Afterall, PETA is a non-profit organization.

    Got more?
