A woman called 911 to report she didn't get as much shrimp as she wanted in her fried rice at a Texas restaurant.

    Either the incident was real, in which case he was there legitimately, or it wasn't, in which case he should have arrested the caller. Either way, there's reason for him to be there.

If I don't get enough shrimp, my only course of action is to SNAP, kick the shit out the wife and kids, toss all furniture through the windows, then go on a rampage with through town in the pickup truck. It's better for an angry take-out customer to call the police before the violence escalates and they end up on the next episode of COPS.

    So I should start calling 911 as soon as my girlfriend begins her PMS.
