Contractors' selling prices for new homes decreased 0.6 per cent between December and January, Statistics Canada reported Wednesday.

    I'm looking to buy a condo... just waiting for prices to fall about 60% before I jump in.

    Either inflated out west or deflated here in Quebec.

    So I found one advantage living here.
    My house cost me less to buy, and the value is not going down.

    But I feel for you guys out west. :wink:
