Forgive me, but so the Auroras took some pretty pictures of the illegal fishing boats. Big deal. I want to know what was done to intercept them and seize them and then prosecute their crews.

Ottawa is preparing a strongly worded letter of protest for their govt. Should this happen again we won't be sitting next to them during lunch at the UN.

Without the planes, we wouldn't even know they were there...besides, the CF is a bunch of lawyers.

Actual enforcement is someone else jobs, probably the DFO.

Yeah, that's about what I expect. The Navy (Canada and/or the US) should seize these criminals, prosecute them, jail them, and sink or scrap their vessels as a message to any other lawbreakers.
