A Canadian Junior Football League team in Kelowna, B.C., says police and the parole board should have revealed that one of its players was serving a conditional sentence for sexual assault.

    I've been following this and it really pisses me off. My sister lives close to Rutland. Apperantly he was convicted of sexual assault and basically allowed to continue his life unpunished, and committed more sexual assaults afterwords.
