The B.C. government will accelerate income tax cuts, provide further tax relief to small businesses, and other measures to help British Columbians deal with the global economic crisis.

    can u imagine if the NDP got in federally? we would already be bankrupt

    I don't really see how BC's fuel tax is even factor in this at the moment. For one it hasn't been fully implimented yet. I'm not a supporter of carbon taxes but the cuts that are being proposed far outweigh the additional revenue being generated by that tax.

    Kudo's to Cambell for the businees tax cuts though.

    He's lowered the fees to ride the ferry and taken the tolls off of the Coquihalla. Won't both of these things increase green house gases? The only thing Campbell wants to do with his carbon tax is look good in front of his fellow International politicians, namely Arnold.
