I blame semi-vegetarians. Or whatever they call themselves. You know, no meat, but fish are okay...

I blame ignorant human beings, killing off species for a few dollars. Even Sharks, the waters top preditor has become the hunted in vast numbers. Apparently shark fin soup in China is very popular, they capture lots of sharks just for there fins, kill them chop it off and stick them back into the ocean.

What a great world we live in eh? Supposivly the time where things get accomplished... all except animal rights. Sure the murders of some loyal species to man may actually get a nice thousand dollar fine or spend a couple of weeks in prison now. That's about the biggest accomplishment we can make regarding animal rights, no different than previous times except now we have to tech to mass muder entire species, and we do without caring.

I blame food trends and faulty taste buds. Fifteen years ago who heard that much about Sushi in North America. It is currently "Vogue" to eat sushi, to show you have a refined palate. All I know is I don't worry about impressing someone with how "cultured" I am , that stuff just plain tastes like shit! 8O

What do you expect from a world that kills babies for convenience, do you think a stupid fish that people love to eat has any chance?

Come on now Zip, can't blame all of us. I (for example) eat beef that was born and raised in captivity and has no chance of going extinct.

Funny you should mention that. I just finished a sci-fi story where humans go extinct and cows don't!
