The Tories promised, in the last election campaign, to change the Youth Criminal Justice Act to make it mandatory for anyone over the age of 14 to be sentenced as an adult for serious offences such as murder, manslaughter and aggravated sexual assault.

    tougher sentences on young offenders would be good, but i highly doubt much would get through by the Supreme Court of Canada

    Good! Actually this is not so bad, I'm strictly against mandatory minimum sentencing though.

    to ensure compliance with what you are against ?

    Not really, I don't like Dion, I would've happily voted Harper if he keeps the Christian right wing morals out of parliament and focuses more on the economy.

    Instead, lets vote in the apologetic left, and invite into the country a bunch of right wing, fundamentalist, Quran thumping, long bearded, homophobic, self righteous, autocratic mohammed ass lickers.

    Christianity bashing is getting old. And im not even a Christian.
