Federal Justice Minister Rob Nicholson is promising to toughen the Youth Criminal Justice Act

They need to toughen up the sentences all over the country for youth offenders as well, and especially the adult offenders instead of given them only a couple of years for first or second degree murder.

crime like society is getting more developed,, perhaps giving the youth a punishable situation would make them more accountable for their actions... break their balls minister........
