i wish harper, if he had the balls, would promote climate change to china and east indian,, they are the ones raising oil prices,,, were feeding their fatt asses on a global market, can someone explain to me, in alberta, that were not doing major production in the off season.. my old man worked in oil and he says 10 percent of the rigss are working in northern alberta.. i dunno i think were getting fuckked over in the pumps by the govt. you have to remember they collect a minimum percentage over the oil if prices are high they make more money......

    Well, that is too nice.

Harper, however, should be aware of the fact, that Canada is not high on the list of Euro-countries, that Western European countries think Canada is 20 years behind, AND that Europe blames the US together with India and China for the biggest pollution. So he can say anything he wants, I don't think Western Europe will be very impressed. He'd better clean his own street (as in neighbour, like US) first, before he crosses the pond...

Harper should quit wasting his time on a problem that doesn't exist...he knows it but he's just playing to the alarmists and the left wing....political posturing
