WTF is he thinking. Isn't the middle class being shafted enough? Most electricity is generated by fossil fuels in Canada, most Canadians burn oil to heat their homes. Gas/oil are not luxuries in Canada, they are necessities...!!!! Most products are shipped across Canada via truck....

Who do you think these carbon taxes will be passed off to?

    Isn't our economy faltering enough?

I can just imagine the excitement in the Liberal party over this plan. I know Dion is looking for some type of "knock out" environmental plan before the election hits but I think he may have missed the mark on this one.

To campain over this issue during the summer when gas prices are at their highest is ... well ... I don't know what to call it.

i call it " suicidal " he has only delivered a knockout oppurtunity for his opponents , this plan is going to go over like a lead weight even in ontario .

also i'm allready preparing a letter to editor slaming our local liberal candidate over this , it is going to tear him and dion to shreads , going to be quite good if i can get it published
