How about...be responsible for your actions.

unless he crams it inside your body you have only yourself to blame, you claim he knew it's addictive.....EVERYONE KNOWS THAT even my 8 year old neighbour does.

here here--she obviously has not come to grips with the fact that SHE was the one who chose to get hooked on crystal meth. Seeing as she is still blaming others for her decisions, her prognosis doesn't look great.

An unknown drug supplier, referred to as John Doe, was also named in the suit. Davey refused to name his alleged supplier during court proceedings, prompting a judge to strike his claim of defence.

The only problem I have with this is that the "unkown drug supplier" who is ultimately responsible for supplying the drugs in the first place, isn't going to have to pay in anyway shape or form and will continue to supply stupid idiots like these two with potentially deadly drugs till hell freezes over.

This is very surprising. I thought you couldn't bring a civil case before a court if the act that the case is based on is an illegal act. Any legal experts out there that can help clear that up for me would be much appreciated.

    Me too.

Still this is stupid. As much as I'd like to see a drug dealer sued into the poor house, it's the wrong way to go about it. It's just like suing a tobacco company for causing your lung cancer. No made this woman buy the meth.

Plus she overdosed, which means the drug dealer can claim she did not follow manufactures instructions
