I think they made a typo in the title of this one.

They highlighted the term "concerned."

Surely they meant to put the quotation marks around the more questionable term "UN Experts."

Here's their answer, it's called the notwithstanding clause. It includes (or excludes) fundamental rights guaranteed by Section 2 of the CoRF.

Maybe the "UN experts" should understand what they're whining about before whining about it.
