The only argument I can see holding any water (and I want to be clear I don't support this argument) is that we "mutilate" male genitalia with circumcisions, ergo FGM should be treated the same.

Uhhhh no. Female circumcision is done to remove the pleasure from sex. Male circumcisions are done for health reasons. And today I think they may be even more important what with how little many parents pay attention to their kids.
I had a friend who didn't get her son circumcised when he was born. She also didn't do her job keeping it clean. The poor little bugger got an infection in there and it was fuckin' .

If you wanna really gross yourself out, go look at a medical site dealing with infections in uncircumcised penises. THAT'S why there's male circumcision.

Amazing is the utter silence of the feminists, Democrats, socialists, and leftists, over this legalized assault on little girls.

You are making the same broad assumptions you usually do. Silence does not imply whatever you want it to imply. And the judge didn't legalize assault, he ruled Congress overstepped its jurisdiction.

    Assault is still illegal.

He legalized this form of assault.

    Damn him to hell.

Well now, Judge rules a law unconstitutional . What to do? What to do? Take it to a higher court?
    Or:
A- run around in circles screaming
    B- blame Muslins
    C- blame Democrats
D- change the law so that it passes the Constitutional sniff test.

I suppose another option is to dismiss the constitution when it suits YOUR purpose.

FFS Does anyone actually READ the articles before commenting??

The judge didnt say FGM is ok, he just said its state, not federal jurisdiction No different than murder, rape or most other crimes against individuals.

This is a matter of civil rights and that's a Federal matter as well as a state matter.

I've seen the assault alternative in other articles on the case.

The argument goes you should stop complaining because you can still lay an assault charge.

The doctor and the parents involved should be lynched if the fucking courts aren't going to protect the children.

    Pitchforks, torches, trees, ropes.
