I know I wont miss him. Got to see him a few times on my first tour in Panama. Never talked to him but he was not well liked amongst the population. Some loved him most just tried to go about their business.
After he was deposed the population actually seemed more at ease then when he was in power. There were some hold outs but over all the majority seemed happier.
