The kid is 12, stupid judge should have let them go where they wanted; they'd still be alive! Hope he can sleep well at night knowing he made the right decision for the kids who would know better than him. Note to Texas, we don't want this scum back here, keep him on your jails.

Texas is known as the "Death Penalty" capital of the U.S.A.

$1:
She had been given custody on Oct. 26, but the father failed to return the children, who were declared missing on that day.

Perisic was to return the children to Vucerakovich on Nov. 3 at her lawyer's office in Houston, but failed to arrive that day.

Officers arrived at Perisic’s Texas home Monday around 5 p.m. to serve an arrest warrant for child custody interference

And this all took so long, because...

Of course, we all know that as soon as he's handed a death sentence, Canadians country wide will be screaming about doing something to get him back here where he can be coddled and set free after 5 years..or less.

The Family Court judge was in Montreal and she made the decision to order the kids back to the custody of their father in the US after the mother abducted them back to Quebec because she feared for the safety of her kids.

We will see how accountable the judge is for her decision in this matter but I suspect nothing will happen to her.

They seem to have different standards of accountability on that side of the Law and Order equation.

A very sad case. The only saving grace is that this POS will be subject to US and Texas law, not Canadian.

In Texas that's all but a certainty. Even if he isn't sentenced to death by the state prison inmates in the USA are notorious for not allowing child killers or child molesters to live too long.
