Just a question...
Lets say, you get a pardon for something you did (not necessarily this, just "anything"), and there is a question on a form if you have ever done something you shouldn't have, and got pardonned for it. Should you answer that honestly with "yes", because if they wanted, they could find out, or can you just say "no", because no one can ever trace it anyway?
