Have you ever eat a poutine ??
I was actually going to make one for dinner. I have my own gravy recipe. It's called: Procule's Best Gravy.

The poutine is starting to take off in NYC. But people call them disco fries a favorite meal after hours of clubbing.
If ever in Ottawa bar hopping on Elgin st. Go to Elgin Street diner they have a variety of poutine dishes that are awesome. There's even a pizzeria on Elgin st, the name of the place escapes me but they serve pizza with gravy on it. It sounded disgusting to me until I tried it.

At least it's real cheese curds and not shredded cheese.
It all comes down to a good gravy and cheese curds.
My good gravy recipe
Is one can of St.Hubert chicken sandwich gravy and not their poutine gravy Onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and a bay leaf let it simmer for about an hour.
