Vancouver infrastructure is lagging behind. It's nice to see these kind of projects and improvements being made.
Now if they can only 3 lane all of hwy 1 from Surrey to WillyWack.

The Pat Bay Speedway on the Island could use some work too.

Interesting story, a strategic bridge. Here in Toronto they are building subways to the suburbs, which don't need them. They cost about $130 million a kilometer.
