Typical, she originally got 12 years for 2nd degree murder, appealed and was reduced to manslaughter, now she'll be out soon due to time served and back to her admittedly less than savory lifestyle, meanwhile a 17 year old kid had his life snuffed out over 10 bucks worth of pot.
Theres been talk of an investigation into allegations of racial profiling due to her being native... I guess that means when she gets out she'll have some money to spend, a tragic situation made light of by leinient judges and a shitty system that allows more rights to criminals than victims.
