Lets talk about now... a quote from John Turner about the current czar..On the political who is hot and who is Not: "Stephen Harper, according to John Turner: “He is a very controlling prime minister. He has, I'm afraid, dictatorial instincts. … That's reflected in the whole of Parliament and it determines the mood.” The former Liberal prime minister made the comment in an interview Thursday, while he was in Ottawa to attend a party to celebrate his 80th birthday (he officially turns 80 on Sunday). Mr. Turner was reflecting on the plight of backbench MPs, who he believes should have more freedom to vote the way they see fit." end quote

You only need about 3 weeks of memory to recall the lying, thieving douchebag STILL trying to cover up his crooked dealings.

Anybody else noticed, the only good politicians, are dead politicians...

Except for PET, no matter how long he's dead, for me, he'll still be bad.

Trudeau was aware when he introuduced this that private members bills rarely ever pass right ? , or did he think just cause he was a trudeau that he would be given a free pass and break the odds ?

He relies on the Trudeau name. Sad, we have our own Kennedy's right here in Quebec. He has a sense of entitlement above his technical skill. This is just another reason to never vote liberal.

I don't think Justin wants to ride on the family coattails. I have been at meetings where he has spoken. I think in this case he was eager to prove himself. He is new to this political game and he will learn the ropes the hard way like all the other MPs.
And your point about family names works for the McKays of NS n'est pas? There are many long line political families in Canada.

That has got to be the worst drawing of Mulroney that I have seen in years. What happened to his chin?

Hardly the same ken. Justin gets a free ride in the media because his dad was Pierre and he's a Liberal.
McKay hasn't had the same easy ride in the press. You need to find a more equal example old chap.
